Information you choose to send us
Our standard quote form collects your name, mobile number, optional email address and optional project notes. Commercial proposal forms may also request property, service, timing and project-photo details. Forms may record the page you visited, referring page and advertising attribution values such as UTM parameters or a Google click identifier.
How we use quote-request information
We use this information to review your project, contact you about the request, prepare an estimate if appropriate, prevent spam, maintain business records and understand which marketing efforts produce legitimate inquiries. We do not sell your personal information.
Form processing
Our website is hosted by Netlify, which processes and stores website form submissions for us. Netlify may also record technical submission metadata such as the submitter’s IP address, browser and device user-agent information, and the page that submitted the form. Authorized Bentz Pressure Washing team members and service providers supporting the website or lead workflow may access a submission only when needed for those purposes.
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic, pages viewed and actions such as calls, texts, email clicks, quote-button clicks and successfully submitted lead forms. We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand site usability through interaction data such as clicks, scrolling, device and browser information, and replay-style session data. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and process technical identifiers under their own privacy terms.
Analytics numbers help us improve the site; they do not replace our actual form and customer records. Please do not enter financial-account numbers, government identifiers or other highly sensitive information in a quote form.
Your choices
You can limit or remove cookies through your browser settings. You can also use Google's browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics and Microsoft's privacy tools to manage Clarity-related choices. Blocking analytics may change what we can measure, but it will not prevent you from calling, texting or requesting a quote.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to requests, maintain business and security records, meet legal obligations and improve our operations. No online system is risk-free, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle.
