Two Neighboring Homes. Different Details.
Two custom homes in Delray Beach, completed for the same builder on back-to-back dates, show what attention to detail looks like in practice.
One scope included a white flat-tile roof, walls, windows, driveway, pool deck, furniture and walkways. The other included a concrete-tile roof, walls, soffits, retaining walls and sliding-door tracks.
Even neighboring homes need individual attention. Details such as door tracks and soffits belong in the agreed scope so they receive the time they need.

Why Does Paver Sealing Take Time?
The finish starts with the preparation. Cleaning, treating applicable stains, clearing debris from joints and installing the appropriate joint sand all come before sealing.
The surface also needs proper drying and suitable conditions for the coating. Those steps are part of the job. Planning around preparation and weather gives each stage the time it needs.

On one white-coated flat roof, clearing leaves, branches and seed pods revealed organic staining underneath. Removing the debris was the first step; a separate soft-wash treatment addressed the staining.
