Wood
Wood grain, age, prior stain, and raised fibers guide a lower-pressure approach. Existing damage and failed coatings are documented before service.
Material-specific exterior cleaning for wood, composite, vinyl, and painted fences and decks—planned around the coating, condition, landscaping, and drainage.
Fences and decks do not all tolerate the same pressure or chemistry. Before cleaning, we identify whether the surface is wood, composite, vinyl, PVC, painted, or previously coated. We also look for loose boards, failing paint, open joints, exposed fasteners, delicate landscaping, and runoff paths that affect the plan.

Composite decking can hold organic film and residue in textured areas. Cleaning chemistry and rinse pressure are selected to avoid unnecessary surface wear.
Vinyl and painted fences are inspected for oxidation, chalking, weak paint, and brittle components before controlled soft washing.
Cleaning can improve organic staining and general buildup, but old coatings, deep discoloration, sun damage, and physical deterioration may remain. Those conditions are addressed honestly in the quote.
